The Multimedia Processing and Communications (MPAC) Lab, led by Professor Homer H. Chen of the Graduate Institute of Communication Engineering (GICE) at National Taiwan University, is devoted to pursuing pioneering solutions to real-world problems and providing students with top-notch research experience. Our research scope stretches across various areas such as computational photography and display, big data, music recommendation, and content delivery, and relies heavily on technologies like machine learning, vision science, image processing, audio processing, data science, affective computing, and communication networks.
