Circle Metal Powder equipment is designed to produce spherical metal powders. This process involves heating raw materials using a frequency induction furnace in an inert atmosphere so that the metal alloys maintain the lowest oxygen content. Furthermore, chemical composition analysis, EDS chemical composition analysis, oxygen and nitrogen composition analysis, laser particle size diffractometer, powder imaging, powders section, porosity imaging, metallographic sample preparation and inspection, and quantitative shape analysis are conducted.
