Since our foundation 1981 Poul Chang Metal Co.,Ltd. has evoled and positive developed into a leading hand tools of Multi wrenches,Water pump pliers,Nipper cutters,Chisels,Auto Repaired Tools ...etc.Our factory was located at Taiping city Taichung in Taiwan,and was approximated from 2500 to 12,500 square meters of work area.
