Visual fault locator is equipped with a 650-nm visible laser diode for locating broken point in fibers and
can be operated in continuous or pulse modes for clear noticeable results .

Push button can operate laser continuously emitting , pulse emitting with 2.5 Hz frequency and pause .
the green LED indicator shows the operating mode but it will turn to red when batteries are low.

the visual fault locator has protective cap for extra protection and clip pocket-size pen design .

Applied to FC,SC,ST,LC ,MU, E2000, MTRJ, MPO and SMA fiber polishing . High volume production applications,
up to 16 connectors or 24 ferrules can be polished simultaneously . Angled convex polish (APC) and Ultra PC
polish(UPC) are available and low back reflection .

Rugged construction can ensure the accuracy of the machines and increase the useful life and anti-vibration pad
is adjustable to certain height .

Unique design for electrical, air and water were separated inside of cabinet, to secure safety during operation. For
maintenance , the polish machines have designed the module type of electrical control then it can be easy
to change new one .

In fiber polishing process, the polishing jigs play a very critical role and the grade of manufacturing precision
will determine the fiber quality after polished .Especially in APC angle polishing, the accuracy of the
polishing jig is particularly obvious .

Polishing process is divided into pre-assemblied and ferrule types ,so the jigs also needs to be divided into
connector or ferrule types to cope with. But regardless of what types of jigs , it is the key to manufacture
precisely and supply particular types or size of jig in time.
