In this era of rapidly advancing technology, the importance of information security is becoming increasingly clear. Reports of smart home appliances, monitors, and electric vehicles being hacked are prevalent in the news. Our team is committed to preventing these issues from occurring. To this end, we have developed a new type of memory called MSOTP (Multi-States and Multi-Bits One Time Programmable). MSOTP provides us with more options for our transistors, making them much more difficult to hack and reverse engineer. Furthermore, thanks to its Multi-States and Multi-Bits capabilities, the memory is more area and power efficient than other products. We hope that one day, people around the world can use IoT devices without having to worry about the security of their information.
