Question for CHUA CHEN ENTERPRISE CO., LTD.

I speak to them from Colombia. I have a chua type cc-36-sbd injector machine in my plant. I have problems with this machine, apparently the CPU does not respond. Nothing is visible on the screen. Please help me to solve this problem and tell me if you still sell spare parts for this machine.
